1. Sunaofe Limited Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use from the original date of delivery.

Coverage Scope

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or original workmanship.
  • Mechanical failure of motors, control boxes, or keypads during normal operation.
  • Structural integrity failure of desk frames, chair bases, or monitor arms.

Exclusions

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches, dents, or natural fading over time.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Environmental damage (e.g., extreme temperatures, water, or humidity exposure).
  • Natural variations in wood grain or texture on solid wood desktops.
Transit Damage vs. Manufacturing Defects Damage or loss incurred during shipping is not considered a manufacturing defect. However, for all orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, transit protection is automatically included. Please refer to Section 2 for filing transit-related claims via our AIG partnership.

2. Claim Resolution Process

To ensure a swift resolution, please direct your claim to the appropriate dedicated team:

A. Manufacturing Defects (Sunaofe Limited Warranty)

If your product experiences a mechanical or structural failure covered under our warranty, please contact our support team directly.

  • Contact: Email service@sunaofe.com with your Order Number and clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
  • Resolution: Sunaofe will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective component with a new or refurbished unit of equal value.
  • Shipping Costs: Sunaofe covers the cost of shipping replacement parts within the contiguous US for the first year. For years 2–5, the customer is responsible for standard shipping costs associated with replacement parts.

B. Transit Damage & Loss (AIG Protection)

For packages that arrive damaged or go missing in transit:

  • Orders placed on/after March 25, 2026 (or earlier orders with purchased protection): You are fully covered. Please visit the AIG Claim Portal for an expedited replacement or refund.
  • Standard orders placed before March 25, 2026: Please contact Sunaofe support to initiate a standard carrier investigation.

3. Optional Extended Protection (AIG)

For ultimate peace of mind, we offer premium extended coverage plans powered by AIG, which can be selected at checkout.

Extended Mechanical Warranty Year 6+ Extends protection against mechanical and electrical failures after the Sunaofe Limited Warranty expires.
Coverage Example If you purchase a 2-Year Extended Protection Plan: You receive 2 years of Accidental Damage protection starting immediately upon delivery, plus 2 additional years of Mechanical Failure protection that activates the moment your standard 5-Year Sunaofe Warranty concludes (covering Years 6 and 7).

Cancellation & Refunds for Extended Plans

  • Within 60 days: Eligible for a full 100% refund, provided no claims have been filed.
  • After 60 days: Eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the remaining coverage period, less a nominal administrative fee
