Right off the bat, the chair arrived very well packaged. All the components and hardware were properly wrapped and protected. Pulling everything out of the box, you could clearly see and feel the quality of all the parts. I was delighted that nothing felt cheap or flimsy. Assembly was straight forward, and I had the chair completed in about 15-20 minutes. All you need to get the job done is one Allen wrench, which is included with the hardware. The over-all fit and finish on this chair is excellent, and the mesh material has a premium look and feel to it. One thing I want to clarify since it is not mentioned anywhere on the site, the seat cushion is also made of the same mesh material as the backrest. There is no padding of any kind, anywhere on this chair. Although comfort can be subjective, I found it to be quite accommodating for my needs. I spend anywhere from 6-8+ hour a day at my desk, and this chair provides me with all the comfort and support I need. The Auto-Track lumber feature is a plus, and although the 7D arm rests are well received, I wish there was a way to lock them from moving. They have a tendency to spin and slide around a bit more than I would like. The shiny chrome accent pieces on the backrest and hinge assembly are a nice touch, but they are plastic. For a chair at this price point, I would have liked for these pieces to be made from a polished metal alloy, keeping to the continuity of that premium look and feel. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with this chair and highly recommend it. Last but not least, the folks over at Sunaofe have been great with all my pre and post purchase inquires. For me, having such a responsive, courteous and attentive brand is a big deal. It shows they are committed to customer satisfaction and truly stand behind what they sell.
