We provide FREE SHIPPING via FedEx Ground to the 48 contiguous United States.
Processing Time: Orders in stock are processed within 1 business day.
Delivery Time: Estimated at 5-8 business days.
Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories.
2. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)
Don't panic if your order arrives in separate boxes! This is intentional for:
- Damage Prevention: Heavy desks and chairs are packed separately to prevent crushing components.
- Speed: We operate multiple warehouses. Parts may ship from different locations to get to you faster.
3. Order Tracking & Delivery
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your order status here:

Signature Requirement
Our standard Free Delivery does not require a signature. FedEx will leave the package at your doorstep.
Please track your package closely. If FedEx marks a package as "Delivered" to the correct address but it goes missing (porch piracy), FedEx typically denies the claim. Sunaofe is not liable for lost packages delivered to the correct address unless you purchased Shipping Protection.
4. Cancellation Policy (Strict 1-Hour Window)
We pride ourselves on fast processing. Because orders are sent to the warehouse immediately:
- Window: You may cancel or modify your address within 1 hour of placing the order (and before 12 PM Central Time).
- How: Email service@sunaofe.com immediately.
If 1 hour has passed: The order is likely processed and cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the item and follow our Return Policy. Shipping costs for refusing delivery or returning non-defective items will be deducted from your refund.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you receive a delivery notification but cannot find your package:
- Check Surroundings: Look at your garage, porch, or side door.
- Check Neighbors/Reception: Ask your building manager or mailroom.
- Wait 24 Hours: Sometimes carriers scan items as "Delivered" up to 24 hours before actual arrival.
Filing a Claim
- With AIG Insurance: If you purchased protection at checkout, simply file a claim for a fast replacement/refund.
- Without Insurance: Please contact us immediately. While we will assist you in filing a claim with FedEx, assistance may be limited for lost packages if the carrier provides proof of delivery.
*Claims must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
6. Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock, we will split your order. We will ship the available items immediately and ship the backordered item(s) via an expedited method as soon as they become available—at no extra cost to you.
