1. Shipping Destinations & Processing
We provide complimentary FedEx Ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States.
- Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery Time: Estimated at 5–8 business days.
2. Split Shipments
To ensure your items arrive safely and quickly, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Heavy desks and chairs are packed separately to prevent component damage. You will receive specific tracking numbers for each package.
3. Delivery & Liability
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with FedEx tracking information. Our standard free delivery does not require a signature.
4. Cancellation Policy
Because orders are routed to our fulfillment centers immediately, you may cancel or modify your order within 1 hour of placement. Please email service@sunaofe.com immediately.
If the window has passed, the order cannot be canceled. You may receive the item and initiate a return following our Return Policy. Shipping costs for refusing a delivery will be deducted from your refund.
5. Lost or Damaged in Transit
We partner with AIG to provide seamless resolutions for packages lost or damaged in transit. Coverage applies as follows:
- Orders ON or AFTER March 25, 2026: Your order is automatically covered by our premium protection at no extra cost. File an AIG claim here for immediate replacement or refund.
- Orders BEFORE March 25, 2026: Coverage applies if you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout. Otherwise, please contact us to initiate a standard carrier investigation.
6. Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately. Backordered items will be shipped via an expedited method as soon as they become available, at no additional cost.
