Original Packaging Requirement

Due to the oversized nature of ergonomic furniture, retaining your original packaging is mandatory. All returns must be disassembled and packed securely in the original Sunaofe box with its internal protective materials. Returns requested without the original packaging will be declined, or subject to a strict 20%–30% repacking and damage-liability fee deducted from your refund.

Return Policy Overview

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. Our return policy is determined by the date your order was placed.

Orders Placed On or After March 25, 2026

Every new order automatically includes our premium coverage.

  • 60-Day Comfort Trial: You have up to 60 days from delivery to request a return.
  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a pre-paid return label. Sunaofe covers 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Condition: The item must be in like-new condition, disassembled, and in its original packaging.

Orders Placed Before March 25, 2026

Orders placed prior to our policy update remain subject to their original terms:

  • With VIP Protection: Eligible for the 60-day free return window.
  • Standard Orders: Eligible for a 14-day return window. A 15%–20% return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Transit Issues & Warranty Claims

Exchanges

We do not facilitate direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

Delivery Refusals

Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. If you refuse delivery at your door, significant carrier Return-To-Sender fees (typically $50–$100) will be deducted from your final refund. We advise receiving the package and initiating a standard return process.

Refund Timing: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after our facility receives and inspects the item. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.
