Returns received without the original box may be rejected or subject to a significant repacking and restocking fee (at least 15%) deducted from your refund.

  • 0 Handling Fee: Return within 14 days of delivery, and we waive all restocking fees.
  • Free Return Shipping: We provide a pre-paid return label for eligible orders.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges Details

A. The 14-Day Free Return Window

For standard orders, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason (including change of mind or style preference).

  • Cost: Free (Pre-paid label provided by Sunaofe).
  • Requirement: Item must be disassembled and packed in the original box.

B. Standard Returns (Day 15 - 30)

If a return is requested between 15 and 30 days after delivery, it is considered a Standard Return.

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Restocking Fee: A standard handling fee will apply to cover inspection and warehousing costs.

C. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different color or model:

  1. Initiate a return for the original item for a refund.
  2. Place a new order for the desired item immediately to secure stock.

D. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it has left our warehouse.
  • After Shipping: If the order is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and initiate a standard return process. Please do not refuse delivery, as this may result in additional carrier fees deducted from your refund.

E. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
  • Items damaged by customer misuse or negligence.
