A. Color & Material Disclaimer
We have made every effort to display the colors, textures, and finishes of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's monitor will accurately reflect the exact physical color. Furthermore, natural materials (such as solid wood or bamboo) inherently feature variations in grain and tone, which are not considered defects.
B. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change, update, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
4. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Sunaofe are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Historically, the risk of loss and title for such items passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
However, to ensure a premium customer experience, for all orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, Sunaofe automatically includes comprehensive transit protection via our partnership with AIG. If your package is lost or damaged by the carrier, you are fully covered under this policy, provided claims are filed within the required timeframe outlined in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is expressly incorporated into these Terms. For all orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, we offer a 60-Day Comfort Trial with free return shipping.
As a strict condition of this policy, all returns must be disassembled and packed in their original Sunaofe packaging. Returns without original packaging will be rejected or subject to significant penalties. Please review our complete Return Policy for legacy order rules and further details.
6. Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- For any unlawful purpose;
- To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
- To submit false or misleading information;
- To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code;
- To use the site for any obscene or immoral purpose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
In no case shall Sunaofe, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
This limitation of liability explicitly includes damages or injuries arising from the improper assembly, modification, or misuse of our furniture products.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sunaofe and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference.
