Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 28, 2026

The German version of these terms is the binding one. This English version is provided for your convenience.

1. Scope and seller

These terms and conditions apply to all orders from the Sunaofe EU store (sunaofe.com in its European Union language versions). Your contract partner is SUNON(S) PTE. LTD., 64D Kallang Pudding Road, #10-00 Tannery Building, Singapore 349323, Singapore, email: service@sunaofe.com ("we"). More details are in the Legal notice.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. How the contract is made

The products shown in the store are not a legally binding offer but an invitation to order.

You add products to the cart and go to checkout. There you enter your contact and delivery details and choose a payment method. Before you submit, you see all details and the total price again and can correct input errors with the usual keyboard and mouse functions or cancel the order. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart.

The contract is made when we accept your order with an order confirmation by email. We send this email right after your order.

3. Contract language and contract text

The contract can be made in German, English, French, Dutch, Italian or Spanish, depending on the language you order in.

We store the contract text. You receive your order details with the order confirmation email. With a customer account, you can also see your orders there. You can open, save and print these terms on this page at any time.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping to the delivery countries is free. We ship from our warehouse in Germany, so there are no customs duties or import fees.

5. Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout, for example credit and debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal or Klarna. With card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal, the amount is charged when you place the order. With Klarna, Klarna's own terms also apply; they are shown to you when you choose this payment method.

6. Delivery and delivery times

We deliver to the countries offered as delivery countries at checkout. The delivery time is shown on the product page and in your order. If a product is marked as a pre-order, the product page says from when we ship it.

If a product cannot be delivered as stated, we inform you without undue delay. You can cancel a pre-order free of charge at any time before it ships and receive the full amount back. If we cannot deliver, we refund any payment without undue delay.

An order may arrive in several packages. The risk of loss of and damage to the goods passes to you only when the goods are handed over to you.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they are paid in full.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. The details and the model withdrawal form are in the Right of withdrawal. We bear the cost of returning the goods.

9. 60-day home trial

In addition to the right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer a 60-day trial from delivery. The conditions are in Returns & refunds. The trial does not limit your right of withdrawal or your statutory rights.

10. Statutory warranty and guarantee

The statutory warranty rights (liability for defects) apply. We are liable for defects that existed at delivery for two years from delivery.

In addition, we give a voluntary guarantee on certain product parts. Its content and conditions are in the Guarantee terms. The guarantee applies alongside your statutory rights and does not limit them.

11. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent we have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In that case, liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for the contract when it was made. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

These limits also apply to our legal representatives and vicarious agents.

12. Transit damage

If goods arrive with visible transit damage, please tell us as soon as you can at service@sunaofe.com, ideally with photos. This helps us make claims against the carrier. Your statutory rights do not depend on it.

13. Dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a question or a complaint, please write to us at service@sunaofe.com.

14. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence.

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.
