1. Shipping Destinations & Processing
We deliver from our warehouse in Bochum to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, and Spain. Shipping is free.
- First shipments: Our EU warehouse receives its first stock in November 2026. Until then, every order is a pre-order. Ships from November 18, 2026.
- Processing Time: In-stock orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Delivery Time: Estimated at 3–7 business days; within Germany usually 1–3 business days.
- Prices: All prices include VAT. We ship from within the EU, so there are no customs duties or import fees.
2. Split Shipments
To ensure your items arrive safely and quickly, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Each chair is packed separately to prevent component damage. You will receive a tracking number for each package.
3. Delivery & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please monitor your tracking. If a package is marked as delivered but has not reached you, contact us right away and we will look into it with the carrier.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placement. Please email service@sunaofe.com immediately.
After that, your order may already be on its way. You can still send it back: your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal and our 60-day home trial apply. See Returns & refunds and Right of withdrawal.
Pre-orders are the exception to the 2-hour window. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the fulfillment process begins.
5. Lost or Damaged in Transit
We bear the risk of loss or damage until your order is delivered. If a package arrives damaged or is lost, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock, we will ship the available items immediately. Backordered items ship at no additional cost as soon as they become available. Pre-order items ship once they arrive at our warehouse.
