- 0-14 Days (Risk-Free): If you request a return within 14 days of delivery, we provide a free return shipping label and waive the restocking fee.
- 15-30 Days (Standard): For returns initiated after 14 days, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and a handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Is my package insured against loss or damage?
We ship securely via FedEx. However, accidents happen. We strongly recommend adding AIG Shipping Protection at checkout.
With AIG, you are fully covered against lost packages, damage in transit, and even delayed delivery. Claims are typically resolved within 2 business days. Without protection, claims for lost packages delivered to the correct address may be limited. Report any issues immediately via Contact Us.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We aim to ship fast. Order cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placement (and before 12 PM CT). If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return (shipping costs and handling fees will apply). What does the 5-Year Warranty cover?
Our Comprehensive 5-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects (mechanical and structural). This is separate from shipping damage.
