Brand Warranty

We’ve got your back! At Sunaofe, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Every product comes with a comprehensive Brand Warranty.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions for the following periods from the original date of purchase:

Covered Components

  • All surfaces
  • Hardware
  • Mechanical parts and components
  • Motors and electrical components (where applicable)
  • Gas spring and adjustment mechanisms for monitor arms

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper assembly or installation
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Use in a commercial setting
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures or weather
  • Accidents, spills, or other external causes
  • Changes in surface finish (color fading, grain variation, texture)
  • Dye transfers caused by external contaminants
  • Pilling of textiles

Shipping Issues: Damage, loss, or delays occurring during delivery are not covered under this warranty. Customers who purchased Worry-Free Delivery Protection at checkout should file claims directly via Seel: https://resolve.seel.com/sunaofe.

Warranty Claim Procedure

If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our Customer Support team at service@sunaofe.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the defect
  3. Clear photos or videos of the issue

If approved, we will repair the defective product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.

Shipping Cost of Replacement

  • First Year: We cover shipping costs for both return and replacement within the continental United States.
  • After Year One: You are responsible for shipping costs for replacements or returns.

Note: Certain shipping costs may be covered if you purchased an Extended Protection Plan.

Optional Extended Protection Plan

For added peace of mind, customers may purchase an Optional Extended Protection Plan at checkout.

Coverage Includes

  • Extended Warranty – Additional protection after the Brand Warranty expires.
  • Accidental Damage Protection – Covers drops, spills, liquid damage, power surges, and accidental breakage.
  • Electrical & Mechanical Failures – Component failures, burnout, circuit faults, and performance degradation not caused by misuse.

When Coverage Begins

  • Accidental Damage Protection: Starts immediately on the purchase date and applies during the Brand Warranty period.
  • Extended Warranty: Activates after the Brand Warranty expires (Brand Warranty is 5 years).

Examples

  • 1-Year Plan → Accidental Damage during Year 1; Extended Warranty not applicable.
  • 2-Year Plan → Accidental Damage during Years 1–2; Extended Warranty begins after Year 5.
  • 3-Year Plan → Accidental Damage during Years 1–3; Extended Warranty begins after Year 5, lasting per plan length.

Brand Warranty covers Years 1–5. Extended Warranty activates after Year 5, based on the plan purchased.

How to File a Claim (Extended Protection)

  1. Go to the Extended Protection Portal: https://sp.xcottons.com/parcel#/home
  2. Provide required materials: incident description (time, location, issue), photos/videos, product serial number.
  3. Response within 24 hours; if documents are complete, claims are resolved (replacement/payment) within 2 business days.

Cancellation Policy (Extended Protection)

  • Within 60 days of purchase:
    • No claims filed → 100% refund.
    • Claims filed → Refund = Plan price − paid claim amount(s).
  • After 60 days: Pro-rated refund based on remaining coverage days, minus administrative fee (max $50).

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUNAOFE'S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

Sunaofe’s Brand Warranty, Worry-Free Delivery Protection, and the Optional Extended Protection Plan are separate programs: Brand Warranty claims are handled by Sunaofe; delivery issues are handled via Seel; Extended Protection Plan claims are handled via the Extended Protection Portal listed above.
