Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products! This Pre-order Policy outlines important information regarding orders placed for items that are not yet in stock and are scheduled to ship at a future date.

1. What is a Pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it becomes available for general sale. By placing a pre-order, you reserve your item in our initial production batch and ensure priority shipping once inventory is ready.

2. Estimated Shipping Date

Our current pre-order products are expected to ship between mid to late July 2025. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change due to production schedules, logistics, or other unforeseen factors. We will notify you via email if any delays occur.

3. Payment Policy

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. This ensures your reservation is confirmed and included in our first production run.

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, in-stock items will be shipped first by default.
If you would prefer to have all items shipped together once the pre-order item is available, please let us know by leaving a note at checkout or contacting us via service@sunaofe.com.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund up to 1 day before the scheduled shipment date. Once the item is prepared for shipment, the order can no longer be canceled.

6. Changes to Your Order

Need to update your shipping address or change the color or model of your item?
No problem! Please reach out to us at service@sunaofe.com before your item ships, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Important Notice

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • The product is not yet available and may take several weeks to ship.
  • Delivery timelines may be adjusted due to manufacturing or logistics delays.
  • You will be kept informed via email regarding any significant changes to your order status.
