- 60-Day Comfort Trial: You may request a return for any reason within 60 days of delivery.
- Complimentary Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return label, covering 100% of the return transit costs.
Original Packaging Requirement: Due to the oversized nature of ergonomic furniture, retaining your original boxes and protective materials is mandatory. All items must be disassembled and returned in their original packaging. Returns received without the original packaging will be declined or subject to a strict 20%–30% repacking fee. Is my package insured against loss or damage?

- Automatic premium coverage: For all orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, Sunaofe fully covers the cost of your shipping protection. You are automatically insured against loss, theft, or transit damage at no additional charge.
- Legacy orders: For purchases made prior to March 25, 2026, transit coverage applies if AIG Shipping Protection was manually selected at checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
To ensure rapid delivery, orders are routed to our fulfillment centers immediately upon confirmation.

Our Limited 5-Year Warranty guarantees the structural and mechanical integrity of your Sunaofe workspace against manufacturing defects.

- Transit vs. Warranty: Manufacturing warranties apply to hardware failures over time. If your item arrives damaged in transit, it is immediately covered by our premium AIG transit protection for a rapid replacement.
