Is shipping free and how long does it take?
We offer Free FedEx Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 1 business day from our local warehouses. Delivery is estimated at 5-8 business days. For detailed exclusions (e.g., Hawaii, Alaska), please view our Shipping Policy.
What if the item doesn't fit my needs? Can I return it?
We want you to be satisfied. We offer a 30-day return window, but terms depend on your coverage:
- With AIG Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended): You enjoy a 15-Day Free Return benefit for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind). We cover the return shipping and waive the handling fee, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.
- Standard Return (No Insurance): You are responsible for the return shipping cost plus a 20% handling fee.
Critical: Please retain all original boxes and foam. Returns without original packaging may be rejected or incur an additional 15% handling fee. See full details at Returns & Refunds.
Is my package insured against loss or damage?
We ship securely via FedEx. However, accidents happen. We strongly recommend adding AIG Shipping Protection at checkout.
With AIG, you are fully covered against lost packages, damage in transit, and even delayed delivery. Claims are typically resolved within 2 business days. Without protection, claims for lost packages delivered to the correct address may be limited. Report any issues immediately via Contact Us.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We aim to ship fast. Order cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placement (and before 12 PM CT). If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return (shipping costs and handling fees will apply). Please email service@sunaofe.com immediately if you need to make changes.
What does the 5-Year Warranty cover?
Our Comprehensive 5-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects (mechanical and structural). This is separate from shipping damage.
Note: If your item arrives damaged (shipping issue), please report it within 15 days (for AIG holders) or 30 days (standard) to get a free replacement. Learn more at Warranty Page.
Is assembly difficult? Should I keep the box?
Not at all. We prioritize a Quick-Install Design, allowing most items to be assembled in under 20 minutes with the included tools.

Yes, keep the box! We strongly advise keeping all original packaging materials for at least 30 days. If you decide to return the item, the original box is required to ensure safe transit and avoid extra handling fees.
