We recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your order. This helps ensure a smooth return process!

30-Day Return Guarantee Policy

You are free to return any item within 30 days of receipt. This policy applies only to orders shipped within the continental United States.

Repair or Replacement

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Center within 30 days. You may be eligible for a full refund or a complete replacement. If replacement parts are unavailable, we will arrange a full product replacement.

Please note: If you purchased Seel Worry-Free Delivery Protection at checkout, claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be filed directly with Seel.

Sunaofe does not provide duplicate compensation for issues already covered and reimbursed by Seel.

Seel Worry-Free Delivery Protection (If Purchased)

Please note that you must submit a claim within 7 days of receiving the goods. The claim window will be closed after the deadline.

Seel is an optional shipping protection service available at checkout. If you purchased it, you may be eligible for compensation for the following situations:

  • Lost Package:
    - Not received within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international)
    - Tracking status is frozen or abnormal
    - Compensation: Full order value (excluding shipping)
  • Damaged Package:
    - File claim within 7 days of delivery
    - Submit clear photos of packaging and product damage
    - Compensation: Up to full order value based on damage severity
  • Delayed Package:
    - Not received within 10 days (domestic) or 30 days (international)
    - Compensation: $5 per order (auto-triggered if eligible)

All claims must be submitted via Seel’s Resolution Center and are subject to final approval.

Note: The 50% restocking fee covers express shipping, storage, handling, and listing costs. It will be deducted from your refund.

Return Conditions

  • Customer-responsible returns (e.g., personal preference, wrong info): 50% restocking fee applies.
  • Non-customer-responsible returns (e.g., defects, shipping issues):
    • If returned in like-new condition with original packaging: No fee
    • If not in like-new condition: 10% processing fee for inspection & refurbishment

Return Period

You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, you will receive a return authorization email. From that point, you’ll have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to our warehouse.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless an alternative is requested.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
