When will it ship?

It’s scheduled to ship mid-October 2026. We’ll email your tracking number the day it leaves our warehouse.

Can I get my deposit back?

Yes. Your deposit is refundable within 15 days of reserving.

How low and how high does it go?

From 28 to 51.2 in, with three height memory presets. Desktops come 48, 55, 60 or 72 in wide and 30 in deep.

Can I try it before I buy?

Yes — at home. Live with it for 60 days, and if it isn’t right, send it back. Returns are free.

What’s included in the price?

The desk itself, desktop included. Hooks, hanging drawers, a CPU holder, storage racks, wireless charging and other add-ons are sold separately.

How much can it hold, and is it loud?

Dual motors lift up to 350 lbs smoothly and quietly, at under 48 dB.

What does the warranty cover?

Chairs, desk frames, motors and controls, and monitor arms are covered for 5 years; desktop surfaces for 2 years. Coverage includes mechanical parts and structural defects.

Is it hard to put together?
