We want you to be satisfied. We offer a 30-day return window, but terms depend on your coverage:

• With AIG Shipping Protection (Highly Recommended): You enjoy a 15-Day Free Return benefit for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind). We cover the return shipping and waive the handling fee, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.
• Standard Return (No Insurance): You are responsible for the return shipping cost plus a 20% handling fee.

Critical: Please retain all original boxes and foam. Returns without original packaging may be rejected or incur an additional 15% handling fee. See full details at Returns & Refunds.

We ship securely via FedEx. However, accidents happen. We strongly recommend adding AIG Shipping Protection at checkout.

With AIG, you are fully covered against lost packages, damage in transit, and even delayed delivery. Claims are typically resolved within 2 business days. Without protection, claims for lost packages delivered to the correct address may be limited. Report any issues immediately via Contact Us.

We aim to ship fast. Order cancellations are only accepted within 1 hour of placement (and before 12 PM CT). If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return (shipping costs and handling fees will apply). Our Comprehensive 5-Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects (mechanical and structural). This is separate from shipping damage.
