Terms of Customization: Final Sale
Because this item is manufactured specifically for you, all custom orders are final. Once an order enters our production queue, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
1. Production & Shipping Timeline
Manufacturing begins immediately upon order confirmation, tailored to your selected dimensions, colors, and materials.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your custom piece leaves our manufacturing facility.
2. Transit Protection & Damage Claims
Custom furniture is highly valuable. We partner with AIG to ensure your bespoke piece is protected during its journey to you.
Orders Placed On or After March 25, 2026
Sunaofe fully covers the premium for your transit protection. If your item arrives damaged, lost, or delayed, you are automatically covered.
- Action: Immediately take clear photographs of both the damaged item and its original packaging.
- Resolution: Submit your claim via the AIG Resolution Center. Approved claims will result in an expedited replacement or appropriate compensation.
Orders Placed Before March 25, 2026
Coverage is dependent on whether AIG Shipping Protection was manually selected at checkout. If protection was declined, please contact service@sunaofe.com. While we will assist you in filing a carrier claim, Sunaofe cannot guarantee full compensation for carrier-caused damage on uninsured legacy orders.
3. Product Acceptance & Materials
Component Verification
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If any hardware or components are missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will expedite the necessary replacement parts to you within two weeks.
Celebrating Natural Materials
Wood grain, texture, and color tones are inherent characteristics of natural materials and may vary slightly from digital screen displays.
- Natural Variations: Slight differences in color or grain are not considered manufacturing defects.
- No Returns: We do not authorize returns, remakes, or refunds based on personal color preference or natural material variations.
