Thank you for choosing a custom product from Sunaofe. Each item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Important Notice – Final Sale

All custom product orders are final sale. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Production & Delivery

  • Made-to-Order: Each product is manufactured based on your selected specifications (size, color, materials, features).
  • Shipping Timeline: Orders ship within 90 calendar days of purchase. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Damage & Insurance

We carefully package all products for safe delivery. If your item is damaged, lost, or delayed in transit, and you purchased Seel Worry-Free Delivery Protection at checkout, your order is insured through Seel.

To file a claim:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging upon delivery
  • Keep all original packaging materials
  • Submit your claim via Seel’s Resolution Center: https://resolve.seel.com/sunaofe

Sunaofe does not provide duplicate compensation for shipping issues already resolved by Seel.

If you did not purchase Seel protection, please contact us at service@sunaofe.com — we’re happy to assist you.

Missing Parts

If your order arrives with missing components, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange free replacement parts to be shipped within 2 weeks.

Color Disclaimer

Please note that color variations may occur due to lighting, environment, and screen settings. These are not considered defects.
