All custom product orders are FINAL SALE.

Because this item is manufactured specifically for you, once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Production & Shipping Timeline

📅 Lead Time: up to 90 Days
Custom craftsmanship takes time. Your order will ship within 90 calendar days of purchase. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 5–10 business days via FedEx/Freight.
  • Made-to-Order: Manufacturing begins immediately upon order confirmation based on your selected size, color, and materials.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your custom piece leaves our facility.

2. Shipping Damage & Insurance

Custom furniture is valuable. We strongly recommend purchasing AIG Shipping Protection at checkout to cover potential transit risks.

If you purchased AIG Protection:

If your item arrives damaged, lost, or delayed, you are fully covered.

  • Action: Take clear photos of the damage and packaging immediately.
  • File Claim: Submit a claim via the AIG Resolution Center.
  • Outcome: Approved claims result in a free replacement or compensation.

If you did NOT purchase protection:

Please contact us at service@sunaofe.com. While we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, Sunaofe cannot guarantee full compensation for carrier-caused damage or loss if insurance was declined.

3. Product Acceptance & Warranty

Missing Parts

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If any components are missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will expedite free replacement parts to you within 2 weeks.

Color & Material Disclaimer

Wood grain, texture, and color tones may vary due to natural material properties and screen display settings.

  • Variations: Slight differences in color or grain are not considered defects.
  • No Returns: We do not accept returns or refunds based on color preference or natural variations.
