- Split Shipments: To ensure safe transit and prevent component damage, heavy items (such as desks and chairs) are packed separately. Your order may arrive in multiple packages, each with its own specific tracking number.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Sunaofe workspace. For all orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, premium return coverage is automatically included at no additional cost:
- 60-Day Comfort Trial: You may request a return for any reason within 60 days of delivery.
- Complimentary Return Shipping: We will provide a pre-paid return label, covering 100% of the return transit costs.
Original Packaging Requirement: Due to the oversized nature of ergonomic furniture, retaining your original boxes and protective materials is mandatory. All items must be disassembled and returned in their original packaging. Returns received without the original packaging will be declined or subject to a strict 20%–30% repacking fee. Is my package insured against loss or damage?
Yes. We partner with AIG to provide comprehensive transit protection, ensuring your workspace arrives in pristine condition.
- Automatic premium coverage: For all orders placed on or after March 25, 2026, Sunaofe fully covers the cost of your shipping protection. You are automatically insured against loss, theft, or transit damage at no additional charge.
- Legacy orders: For purchases made prior to March 25, 2026, transit coverage applies if AIG Shipping Protection was manually selected at checkout.
Claim resolution: In the rare event of a transit issue, covered orders receive expedited replacements or refunds. Please file a claim via the AIG portal directly for the fastest resolution, or consult our full Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
To ensure rapid delivery, orders are routed to our fulfillment centers immediately upon confirmation.
- Modification window: You may cancel or modify your order within a strict 1-hour window after placement (prior to 12:00 PM CT) by immediately emailing service@sunaofe.com.
- After dispatch: Once an order is processed or in transit, it cannot be canceled or rerouted.
- Delivery refusals: Refusing a delivery at your door will result in strict carrier Return-To-Sender fees (typically $50–$100) deducted from your refund. We strongly advise receiving the package and initiating a standard, hassle-free return under our 60-Day Comfort Trial.
What does the 5-Year Warranty cover?
Our Limited 5-Year Warranty guarantees the structural and mechanical integrity of your Sunaofe workspace against manufacturing defects.
- Coverage: This includes desk motors, control systems, chair frames, and mechanisms under normal use.
- Transit vs. Warranty: Manufacturing warranties apply to hardware failures over time. If your item arrives damaged in transit, it is immediately covered by our premium AIG transit protection for a rapid replacement.
