• 0-14 Days (Risk-Free): If you request a return within 14 days of delivery, we provide a free return shipping label and waive the restocking fee.
• 15-30 Days (Standard): For returns initiated after 14 days, you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and a handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

We ship securely via FedEx. However, accidents happen. We strongly recommend adding AIG Shipping Protection at checkout.

With AIG, you are fully covered against lost packages, damage in transit, and even delayed delivery. Claims are typically resolved within 2 business days. Without protection, claims for lost packages delivered to the correct address may be limited. Report any issues immediately via Contact Us.
