1. What is a Pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is available for general sale. This is the best way to secure high-demand items.
- Priority Allocation: You reserve your item from our initial production batch.
- First to Ship: Pre-orders are shipped immediately once inventory arrives at our warehouse, before standard orders.
2. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date is displayed on the product page. While we make every effort to meet this date, production and logistics can sometimes face unforeseen delays.
How we keep you informed:
- The estimated date on the product page is updated in real-time.
- If there is a significant delay (more than 7 days), we will notify you via email immediately.
3. Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation and secure your spot in the production queue, payment is collected in full at the time of checkout. This guarantees your allocation in the first batch.
4. Orders with Both In-Stock & Pre-order Items
If your cart contains both available items and pre-order items, we want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible:
We will ship the in-stock items immediately. The pre-order items will ship separately as soon as they become available. You do not pay extra for this split shipping service.
Note: If you prefer to receive everything in a single delivery to reduce carbon footprint, please leave a note at checkout or email us.
5. Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans change. We offer a flexible cancellation policy for pre-orders.
- Change Address/Color: Contact us anytime before the item ships.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your pre-order for a 100% full refund at any time up to 1 day before the scheduled shipment processing.
- After Shipping: Once the item has been processed for shipping, standard return policies apply.

7. Important Acknowledgement
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- The product is currently in production/transit and is not ready for immediate shipment.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change.
- You have read and accepted the cancellation terms above.
