30-Day Return Guarantee Policy

You are free to return any item within 30 days of receipt. A 30-Day Return Guarantee policy applies to all items. The 30-Day Return Guarantee policy is only for orders within the continental United States.

Repair or Replacement: Contact our Customer Service Center for a replacement within 30 days for damaged products or to file a warranty claim. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for a full refund or a complete replacement. If replacement parts are unavailable, we will arrange a full product replacement.

Who will be charged the return shipping fees?

Sunaofe will cover return shipping fees and no restocking fee will be charged in the following cases:
- The item has non-human damage quality issues (e.g., manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship). Sunaofe /
- The item was damaged in transit. Sunaofe /
- The item was lost in transit or has not been received after a prolonged period. Sunaofe /
- You received the wrong item due to an error by Sunaofe. Sunaofe /
Customer Covers Return Shipping Fees:
- Unopened and unassembled items returned within 30 days for any reason. Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
- You don't like the item after receiving it or no longer need it. Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
- Order was misplaced due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect address, size, or color). Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
- Return due to human-caused damage (e.g., improper handling or misuse). Customer 50% of order amount (restocking fee)
 Note: For situations where the customer is responsible, a restocking fee of 50% of your order amount will be applied. This fee covers actual express delivery fees, storage fees, re-listing fees, destruction fees, and related costs. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    Return Conditions

    Please Note:

    Customer-responsible returns (e.g., personal preference, incorrect information): a 50% restocking fee will apply.

    Non-customer-responsible returns (e.g., product defects, shipping damage, wrong item):
      • If the item is returned in like-new condition with original packaging, no fee will be charged.
      • If the item is not in like-new condition, a 10% processing fee will apply to cover inspection and refurbishment.

    Return Period

    You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
    Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return instructions. From that point, you will have 7 calendar days to ship the item back to our warehouse.

    Refund Method

    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless you request an alternative.

    Refund Processing

    Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after the returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse for any damage.
