OFFICIAL RULES

1. Description of Giveway

SUNON(S) PTE. LTD (“Sunaofe”) is offering a giveaway event, where five (5) participants will be randomly selected to receive the Artificer Mate Standing Desk (valued at $469.99).

The event begins at 0:00 AM U.S. Central Time (“CT”) on October 15, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on October 30, 2024. By participating in this event, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sunaofe, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

If each winner provide feedback in the form of photos or videos and post them on their personal social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), tagging @sunaofe.official. Sunaofe reserves the right to use and publish these images or videos for advertising and promotional purposes.

Participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless employees of Sunaofe and its promotional partners from any and all damages arising out of participation in the giveaway event.

 

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway Event is open only to Sunaofe customers who are legal residents of the United States, eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sunaofe and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. By entering, entrants confirm that they release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility and agree to their respective terms of use.

3. How to Participate

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
To officially enter, a Facebook or Instagram user must comment on the giveaway official post on the Sunaofe Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/sunaofe.official) or the Sunaofe Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/sunaofe.official/) by answering the provided question or by sending a direct message by 11:59 p.m. CT on October 30, 2024.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of the entry method. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different identities or any other method will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, late, lost, or contain irregular, invalid, or corrupted information are void and will not be eligible. By entering the giveaway event, you agree to all terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.sunaofe.com/policies/privacy-policy.

4. Prizes

Five (5) winners will be randomly selected and will receive the Artificer Mate Standing Desk (valued at $469.99). The product details are shown at the link (https://www.sunaofe.com/products/artificer-mate-standing-desk-with-tiltable-and-expandable-desktop). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by 11:59 p.m. CT on October 31, 2024.

Winners will be contacted through comments on the giveaway official post on the Sunaofe Facebook page or Instagram page, or by direct message. They will be asked to confirm prize acceptance, email address, and a valid shipping address.

We currently offer shipping services within the contiguous United States only, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories.

By entering this giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that Sunaofe shall not be held liable for any damages or defects that may occur during the shipping process, including but not limited to any dents, scratches, or other forms of transportation-related damage.

Participants are encouraged to thoroughly inspect the received product upon delivery and to report any issues within 48 hours. Furthermore, Sunaofe reserves the right to modify or amend the rules of the giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Participation in this giveaway constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Potential winners will be required to provide a valid shipping address within three (3) days of notification. Failure to respond as requested within this period will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize. At Sunaofe’s sole discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Any unclaimed prize will not be awarded. Participants grant Sunaofe the right to use and publish the winner's proper name, Facebook personal account name or Instagram personal account name, and state of residence online in connection with the giveaway event. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sunaofe to use the winner's name and likeness solely for advertising and promotional purposes as determined by Sunaofe without notice or further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Prize recipients shall not be permitted to (a) replace their designated prize with another prize or item, (b) redeem the prize for cash, or (c) transfer or assign their designated prize to another person. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

5. General

All decisions of Sunaofe in any matter relating to this Promotion shall be binding and final. Sunaofe is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware, software, or website. Sunaofe is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network servers or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions, technical failures, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, late, lost, misdirected, or postage-due mail, incorrect or inaccurate entry information, regardless of the cause, or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic. Participants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the giveaway event, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Sunaofe reserves the right to terminate the participant's eligibility to participate in the giveaway event. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of giveaway event may violate criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sunaofe reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure of Sunaofe to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sunaofe reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway event if any fraud, virus, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the giveaway event, as determined by Sunaofe in its sole discretion. In such event, Sunaofe reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The giveaway event and the rights and obligations of Sunaofe and participants will be governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Texas, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without regard to its conflict of law principles. All actions, proceedings, or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted, without resort to any form of class action, solely within the state courts of Texas and federal courts located within such state and county with respect to any action, dispute, or other matter pertaining to or arising out of the giveaway event. In the event any provision of these Official Rules is held to be unenforceable, these Official Rules will continue in full force and effect without such provision.
