When will it ship?
Pre-orders ship in 8–12 weeks. We’ll email your tracking number the day yours leaves our warehouse.
Can I cancel while I wait?
Yes. Cancel any time before your order enters fulfillment and we refund you in full. If the ship date moves by more than 7 days, we email you the new date. Write to service@sunaofe.com.
Will it hold my monitor?
It takes screens up to 34 inches. It fits a VESA 75×75 / 100×100 mount, the screw pattern on the back of your monitor.
Will it clamp to my desk?
Yes, if your desktop is 15–50 mm thick.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes — at home. Live with it for 60 days, and if it isn’t right, send it back to our warehouse in Germany. Returns are free. Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies on top.
What does the warranty cover?
Chairs, desk frames, motors and controls, and monitor arms are covered by our guarantee for 5 years; desktop surfaces for 2 years — on top of your statutory rights. Coverage includes mechanical parts and structural defects.
Is it hard to put together?
It needs some assembly. Everything you need is in the box, with step-by-step instructions. The full assembly manual (PDF) is in Specifications above.
How fast do in-stock items arrive?
In-stock orders leave our warehouse in Germany within 1 business day and arrive in 3–7 business days. Delivery within Austria is free.
